All payments, including all mayor credit and debit card transactions are processed through Paypal and Shopify payments. They are both extremely secure. We never receive or store your credit card information; this information is encrypted and handled by Shopify or Paypal, depending on your payment of choice.

At Checkout, delivery prices and rates will be shown after introducing your shipping address. We usually take 2 days to prepare your order after being picked up for delivery.
Please note that strikes, national holidays, special events or conditions related to the country of destination might affect delivery times or could sometimes cancel or postpone deliveries. We ship worldwide or as far as the shipping companies can go. Certain exceptions may apply such as Brazil and Russia. Some countries like Mexico require special controls and extra security methods before shipping.

Due to the pandemic, we won’t be able to assure delivery times. Orders are typically delivered within 3 - 5 business days. Please accept our apologies if you experience additional delivery delays due to shipping issues that are out of our hands. 

Delivery may require a signature at the point of reception and a fast check of the parcel. Any damage of the parcel or lost content and issues should be reported to the carrier. This is a requirement to issue refunds related with delivery. Please keep your delivery receipt for your records.

If you are not happy with your order, you may return it within 10 days from the delivery reception date. We will issue a partial refund (Purchase price minus shipping costs) once we’ve received the sunglasses back. Note that the customer is responsible for the Return shipping costs as well.

 We are working to be able to provide a 100% free return service in the future. 

 Products should be returned complete (including the case), not damaged, and in his original conditions and packaging. Please note that you should guarantee the right use of an external cardboard box, that ensures the original package is well protected.
